Worth every sleep deprived moment and every midgie bite. It is a truly amazing, emotional, exhausting weekend but such fun too. I love it. Back next year too. Supporting that is!

Team Santababy will ride agian, even bigger and better. I am covered in bites, even allover my head but I am still buzzing from the whole thing and yet a wee bit depressed that it is 362 days to the next one.

The organisation is superb, all the volunteers were brilliant but the volunteers at Lundarva were simply awesome. As we approached they played 'Eye of the Tiger', I was pissing myself. It's an amazing event, I had no idea how much it would affect me. I am beginning to understand what it is all about now.

Well that wasn't the experince i was expecting ! After a sublime run enjoying every minute last time i ran the whw this time was having trouble over heating and generally feeling very very shite from very early on. Tried everything to cool down and stop feeling dizzy & nauseous but to no avail. To say it was a stuggle to get to the finish is the understatement of the year.

Still , none of that is etched on the goblet :-) .

I was over heating as well flip. it was funny going into a check point topless and everyone there wrapped up in layers and waterproofs. At BoO I was told i had to take my waterproofs, ok but as long as you dont expect me to put them on. Luckily i only had to do that if i fell or had to walk.
