Just to say a wee "Hello and Welcome" to anyone brand new to Fetch Today's brilliant Fetch Calendar competition prize may have encouraged some new folk to register. If that's you, and you're wondering what the heck this place is, then come say Hi, and ask away with any questions you may have! Cheers, G |

Hi all, found this site from the instagram page, and joined. I'm a lapsed running who is recovering from a severely sprained ankle in summer and an overindulgent appetite! Looking forwarding to learning more and improving my running. First question, how do you fit it in to your lifestyle?

Welcome pjw, i run while my son is at kickboxing and my daughter is at gymnastics, then one other lunchtime per week, a better use of my time than just sitting in the car looking at websites and social media

Welcome pjw. There are many threads here with different levels of commitment and measurements of success. Mine is to be happy and not get injured although all pbs are also welcome. Games can be a fun way in: who squares wins is my favourite because you can walk it but are running it in no time. The 500 and 700 miles a year thread are gentle starters if you want cheering and company

Welcome pjw. I run as transport and as social time. Multitasking! Nothing else fits round the rest of life quite like running
