see th FB group gone a bit wibble with posts needing to be approved now! A lot of "cannot log" posts being met with less than supportive comments and sniping. Am ticking along nicely and the virtual challenge is keeping me going as I am usually very easy to say 3.9 is near enough to the planned 4 and stopping, now its the 4.1 or so that gets done. I mentioned earlier that I was thinking / planning on finishing it live and with a run from Dunnet Head down to JOG - I have popped a route on here if anyone wants to try it. I have tried to avoid the main road as much as possible. Link to follow. |

I’ve lost the plot with the FB group sadly such a shame it was great early on. I personally think they’ve gone too big too quick. Not logged my miles since mid August so have a lot to do now 😩 Hope you’re all ticking along nicely. |

I got my 150 mile postcard a few days ago, and am busy lining up new runny races to keep the motivating up as the weather worsens (well, temporarily betters as it gets cooler then worsens when it gets all wet and properly cold).

Yes the FB page is a little odd with new waves asking the same questions. I keep putting plugs for Fetch on there everytime someone asks about the link to I think Santa is on LJ4 |

It’s all the crap of people judging others for adding walking or worse still using daily steps. If it’s not impacting your attempt I don’t get their problem not like there is a prize. I backed up someone last week to that effect and got slated off someone else. I also give FE a shout out and noticed santa has joined. She’ll be done by Xmas 😂 |

I had a good week in Northumberland last week and am still going well with my miles. I got my 50 miles run in a month badge yesterday and that’s my biggest mikeage month since 2009 (so pre having my son). Getting near the 200 mile mark now |

Good going, Raemond. I haven't earned that postcard yet, as I haven't logged a walk since 20 August!! Still stuck on 147.3 miles. Well done, Elsie - that must be very pleasing. |

well I have updated my mileage and I am at 563m over the moon!! slight discrepancy to what I have logged on Fetch (557) not sure how but I will sort it out. I got my 500 miles postcard and apparently nearing Gretna which is where we got married so might have to arrange a stop by at Gretna for a photo. Well done to you all and glad you had a lovely trip to the North Elsie Too. |
