Flatlander, thanks for pointing out the 20 mile has been removed. I knew something was different but couldn't work out what.
@ Fetch. Of course we're serious!

Just under an hour until the first round of promotions and relegations
We have 775 players - and about 4 dropouts - so a few divisions with 19 players e.g. division 8. If everything works ok, we should see three promotions to division 8, and only two relegations from it.

Fetch, can we have notifications if we've been promoted/relegated?

Same here. westmoors had me worried for a second, as I thought a few parkrun results on Saturday had pushed me into the relegation zone just prior to the cut, but it's people promoted from Div 14 that have come in and displaced me.
But now the only way to save my skin is to beat my 5K/parkrun by 15 seconds on Wednesday or Saturday, and hope others stay in bed.

WM - you might drop a few divisions until you next race - but if you get a good result with your 10k in August, you might be in a position to bounce back.

I hadn't done a notification for relegation, as the last time I did that, I got roasted by a few people I could add it in, and see what happens
