I don't run.
I have to go to several muzak places today, to get bits and bobs for my building... So I will most likely be whammed, unless I went around with my safety helmet with ear defenders... Hmmm...

I've attempted to do my design.... a '100' badge for anyone who runs 100 miles a month in a one year period. Don't think there is a badge for this already.
