I did however now remember to log my sea swim of last Friday. Not exactly training, but I swim so rarely, it should result in a badge...

Funny you should ask... my 16yo has an English writing assignment (English is mostly a 2nd language here but DS has no excuse) to write a story about assassinating someone and getting away with it. It has to be convincing and the best story gets 10/10. DS and I are on it... we are planning a mass poisoning of the school mushroom soup with "beserker" mushrooms (the dangerous red ones) to make it look like a terrorist attack but in truth we are just trying to get DS's erstwhile friend who mocked him for getting a B in English when it is his mothertongue. The other deaths are collateral damage.

DS will mimic the symptoms so he looks like a hapless victim too. Some running about screaming and breaking things with an overdose of cod liver oil to mimic the physical symptoms should do the job.

I even found the necessary mushrooms while on my sheep roundup on Saturday.

If we don't get 10/10, mum will not be pleased.

It's just a story, honest! But I reckon if you tried this in a British school, the cops would get called in.
