Do you know if they change direction every few hours ?

Think they normally do on an outdoor track ultra, and with the banking on an indoor track might be even more important so you're not running "lop-sided" on the one side for too much.

On a track ultra, it is every 4 hours. This track was 443 metres (quarter mile?) so presumably not banked?
