Just without a bike. Should be some amazing scenery as it goes through Snowdonia, Elan valley and Brecon Beacons. Not the flattest though.

Hoping that the episode was "just one of those things"..hospital though that a combination of factors contributed to my crashing. (I have a heart murmur so a bit of an irregular heart beat, naturally very low BP..won't bother with the "etc's" !!)
