Ironman have confirmed I can race it in 2026, so we rest, heal, do fun stuff then go again.
Thanks for messages!

TRO i know it won’t feel like much comfort now but, i’m fully back in the gym this week, signed off by the consultant a couple of weeks ago and the physio at the end of last week, so that was almost 11 weeks after my double elbow fracture, you’ll be back in no time

The saga continues, TRO! Enjoy spectating and sight seeing, and hopefully some special treatment on the flight(s) home.
Good to hear you're back at Lammers. I went to the gym last night, but I didn't do quite the two hours my automated training entry claims. I forgot to stop my watch 🙄

Oops Rae
Used an old school watt bike to train in the gym today. You forget how good they are for pure power work.

Morning from Cheltenham, where I have been for a short run. Until my knee intervened in the 4th mile I was running the whole time (apart from waiting to cross the main road). Slow but steady progress.
