lammo 21 Oct 8:18pm, 21 Oct 2024 12,807 posts	0 lammo TRO i know it won’t feel like much comfort now but, i’m fully back in the gym this week, signed off by the consultant a couple of weeks ago and the physio at the end of last week, so that was almost 11 weeks after my double elbow fracture, you’ll be back in no time
