I did a weights session at the gym this morning. I must have missed some key element of gym etiquette. There was a woman also using the machines etc, and while I was on the lat pull down she was using the barbell. After the lat pull down I moved away and stopped for a breather and quick swig of water and she started using the lat pull down. I moved to the barbell but before I could do anything she rushed over saying 'Excuse me!' in a very grumpy voice. I said 'Sorry, I thought you'd finished with it' and she just glared at me and started using it again.

What did I do wrong? (Or was she just being a mardy so and so?)

Bike testing for cx this morning, there was a crash and blood but I'm ok 😀
