A very stressful preceding 24 hours (DiL in A&E a long way from home, thankfully ok now but further investigations needed) left me with zero energy even to run a mile. However I'm off very shortly to run my 5k race. Go me.

A bit sore now but probably due to gardening not running. Fingers crossed! Irish wedding sounds fab, as does steam train! Hope TRO is feeling better.
