you won a holiday - nice , love the alps wanger time !!!!! Run 9:23:50 63.3 - ongoing heel issues dent desire beyond looking after my spaniel Bike 40:54:49 537.5 - stunned to report mainly outside, I miss Orange Tuesdays Karate etc 31:19:15 - doing less for various reasons but need to refocus Total 81:37:54 - low month really but some high quality bike work Rest days 1 - I know, stunning huh Races 6 including 2 rounds of summer CX Hill Climb season starts next Saturday CX season starts next Sunday Onwards |

BDP. I'll rangle my Weiner for wanting later, but wanted to record that I'm super proud of RC Tets performance in the national warm up day tournament - drawing 10-10 against old rivals URC who always give us a run for our money and 7-7 against Breda, who seem to have come down from the premier Division this season. A great start, and definitely adding to my sadness at not being there. But the wedding yesterday was excellent, and I'm about to head off to a 'hangover barbecue' in a minute, so I'm still not *that* sad. |

I can't bring myself to look at my training stats for August yet as I'm in denial about summer being over. However I did my race yesterday which gave me a Fetch WAVA of a squeak over 63% and elevated my standard for the year to a shiny Bluefin Tuna. The similarity of our rotund middles is all too clear, sadly, but there we are. |

@GregP I will manage a fixture list soon Great 2nd day here in Welsh Wales, weather not so great but got 90mins on the road bike in early before 2.5hrs out with the wife inventing trails on the mtb. This evening we had a spa session before a steak dinner. Life is tough :¬) |
