Thanks for the concern folks 🫂 I'm feeling pretty fine now, bit that could well be the combination of Diclofenac and a few beers. Nope I know there's not structural damage I'm sure I'll be fine if I take tomorrow easy.
We are drawn against the Eindhoven Elephants though, and il beating them is one of my dearest rugby pleasures, so the temptation to take the field again is strong.
Probably I'll wake up feeling as stiff as a board, though, and such thoughts will be easily pushed aside.

My coach won't let me play, she also went with me to get the x rays and wouldn't let me move too much until we'd got the all clear. She takes good care of us.
