Swim: 0
Run: 0
Walk: some
Bike: 72 miles. Not good, but better than it has been. I also noticed that a couple of my best bike years started with a double digit January. So it’s not all lost yet.

Morning Doc, morning All.

Another breezy day on the buses. Weird shift will make it hard to get even a Mealbreak Mule today. Let’s see what can be done…

HAND :)

Dainty little January banger for your delectation:

Swim: 1 singular km, apparently. I thought it was two. Either way, could clearly be better.
Bike: 224 mostly very slow KMs recorded, probably another 60 or so I didn't bother recording because I had a break from WSW, and one orange pain session I forgot you start my watch for app that didn't get recorded on fetch either. Note bad, I guess

Run: 23 chilly, hilly, KMs. Worryingly, this seems to be the most in a single month since September 2021.

DVD extras:
Rugby (training): some? Since I've stopped wearing my watch at all for training, rather than keeping it on for warm up and passing and only taking it off for contact, I've completely stopped recording it. I think it's 4 or 5, with at least one of them being circuits in the snow rather than actual rugby.
Rugby (matches): 0.25. Better than nothing.
Things lifted up then put back down again: 6, which might be a new PB, I can't be bothered to check.
Bling: 1! Yay for bling.
New kit: none worth noting, tbh. Maybe I'll fix that for my birthday.
KGs lost since I quit my old government job last year: 15. None of them really deliberate.

January wiener

Bike 101 😮😁. Biggest bike month in years, mainly down on having the bike /Zwift setup sorted out in the garage. Tour de Zwift has been motivating

Swim - some, not as much as hoped, been blighted by tattoo blister gate, and several breakdowns of the pool (this time it’s too much chlorine in the water, some fully back tomorrow)

Strength and yoga - lots 👍

DVD extras

Laser treatment on tattoo with consequent mega blister and swelling of foot 1
Easter holidays booked 1
Training plan roughly sketched out 1
