ION, the employment rollercoaster rumbles on. Passed a load of test a few weeks ago, made it to the interview stage but was rejected (after I thought I’d done fairly well). So that was a low point. Have had another application accepted and invited for interview next week so it’s looking up a bit.
Big improvement over the past few months where applications weren’t even acknowledged in some cases.

Due to the weather and me not needing to run long right now I just did what I have been doing most days and sat on the watt bike. I shall run outside later. Thanks to god and the weather I have suddenly got a karate grading as the weekend even was cancelled , not all bad this weather

Turns out i'm not just lacking motivation and the feeling of general weariness has erupted into a magnificent chesty cough, along with sore eyes and joints, and also a slightly feeble feeling.
Staying away from the exercise for a few more days isn't going to make much difference, so maybe the weekend for a gentle re-introduction

Greeting pop pickers. We're still rolling out here in the Eastern flatlands; my garage was so cold this morning that getting something out of the fridge after I thought the fridge has packed up because it felt....warm.
But other than wimping out of an icy run yesterday all sessions are getting done.
Forecast has 12 deg by MOnday so end is in sight.
