August was a rubbish month for me. Didn't realise how much the dental surgery would take out of me! Running: 143 miles, average pace 10:45 Cycling: 0 Swimming: 0 Walking: 61.0 miles, average pace 20:12 Weight training and other x-training: 18 hours and 52 minutes worth. Hopefully September might be a little better but it will include tapering for Chester. |

Some of it was on Ibiza in 40° heat, Gobi so I can assure you, Mr Ness was a lot less polite about it at the time! 🤣🤣🤣

PDP. I feel about 85% human, which is a significant improvement over the start of the week (I'd rate Monday and Tuesday as 6% human, 24% snot, and 70% misery. The other 15 today are 3% lizardy nose skin and 12% lethargy) I popped down to the city for the 'team awayday'. It wasn't horribly painful! Almost useful, even. On a train back to NL now, to hang around like a spare part but also show willing at rugby training, and then have a team meeting. Get me with the corporate spirit. |
