MA I ran. Legs are starting to feel better. 🤞 it stays that way. Weight training session this afternoon. Will be doing some calf raises and squats but taking it very carefully.

Ah yes. TR. We had that and it seems we shall have it again too. You seem to have a near-monopoly on the degrees Celsius though. They are in very short supply down here in the Birthplace of Radio.
