Ah right , want to get ripped off be an Age Grouper.
I've done a mix of events up to 70.3 (non swimmers should not do this)
IM branded are usually slightly better for aid stations and closed roads

I have just entered the Continuous Quin at the Deca UK event in Allerthorpe in July next year. 19km Swim, 900km Bike and 211km run to finish. Plan for a few years was to enter the Deca but lack of general hardness and training due to covid means a slight flash of 'sanity' meant I thought the quin was the better option for me.

Wow, continuous quin. I’m assuming the continuous format is harder than the 5 x 1, good luck. Some meaty training required….

Is that swim-bike-run repeat x 5 without stopping, or swim for a day, bike for 3 days, run for as long as it takes...
It's fair to say crawl will be used at both beginning and end of this event!
