Vow never to complete an iron distance event again. Immediately start planning next iron distance event.

A marvellous month. 100 TT (rain), 100 TT (abandoned rider accident, perfect weather), Half iron (scorchio), Full outlaw (perfect weather). Best performance probably the 70.3, carried some fatigue into the Outlaw and made a pacing and nutrition error. But I put it on the line; this is the sort of month I train all winter for. Also the month of Kona deferral to 2023 and a replan through to 70.3 Bolton end September before October get fat month.
