MA- my life has been consumed by a puppy for the last three weeks.

Unexpected good news!
Looks like I might be able to offload the most tedious aspect of my current role onto a new person recruited specifically for it, freeing me up to focus on the bits I actually enjoy and am good at!

In my old job, if I had offloaded the tedious bits of the job and kept the things I enjoyed/was good at, I would have been unemployed.... :-)

Yeah, silver lining city. Lose the worst bit retain the flexibility to work from home, more time for the fun stuff.

There's also a chance I could translate my new found comparative freedom into picking up more of the corporate D&I role I've not had the capacity for previously. Which would be pretty groovy.

THis is great news.

I also have good news. Foot not a fracture. 'Just' peroneal tendinopathy. Can still run just need to be careful
