Club testing last night. New course, very narrow lanes and I overshot one corner.
23:55 ish, decent with a capped effort.
Training normally today then a short wind down for 70.3 Stafford.
It's going to be a scorcher apparently :-), thrown my packing and prep completely off.....

I'm in that Brussels again. It's almost like I work here or something. I really really will endeavour to run and lift things up then put them down again this evening. I will.
Even if it's drizzly. I might even see if it's possible to book a place in a lane at the pool here, I'm not sure what the system is or if I need an app to do it though.

I’ve been watting. Had to do a ramp test to reset my crazy overblown FTP (the one that resulted from the glitch that got me DQ’d from my last race). Probably not the best idea after yesterday, but at least it’s a bit on the low side so I can build it back up. My Zwift workouts will be better balanced again.
