Have also eaten pizza chicken and a burger in longer efforts.
Real go to is salted potatoes
I only do 70.3 and for that fluids and gels only

It is interesting Pix
Now that I do 24hour racing I actually stop and have an evening meal. Beyond that I eat soup, drink coffee , eat my usual array of protein and granola bars. Fueling on the bike is a lot easier to tolerate than running
