yes coach!
It's trying to remember (and a fear of needing a wee the whole time! haha)
I don't wear my hearing aids when cycling as all I get is the wind so don't always hear the bleep so end up drinking when I feel thirsty which is obviously too late

I don't have any different breakfast on race days now - I struggle to eat early in the morning so might as well have coffee and toast or porridge like every other day!

Don't worry about needing a wee. Practice going on the bike :-D
(I've never done that, I get off and go in a bush - and I always need to go about 15-20 miles into the bike probably because I swallow so much water on the swim)

Learned to wee at 6mm pace without even adjusting my stride.
Best tri advice I got was start over hydrated and get one out in the water :¬)

Pix - all joking aside, you must learn things in training that is what it is for, no excuses, you stop if you need to and find a bush but you can' race for 16 hours worried about having a piss and therefore not finishing as you end up in a medical tent !!
