~ bends knees ~

Quiet day of rest today (on account of being stress-tired from returning to work yesterday). Productive meeting with our woodland management team this afternoon, taking advantage of new rules about numbers and households that may meet together. Looking hopeful that the contractor might be able to make some good progress over the next couple of months.

Buggeration.

Easy bike, strength and core, easy run during the day then planned Herd Summer league race. However coughing fit derailed the start and I (cowardly) bailed rather than solo TT’d for an hour at the back of the field.

So hopped onto a Crit 15 mins later, decent effort ‘winning’ group 2.

Easy Saturday, Sunday IRL 10 TT then I’ll have to repeat the Herd Summer race at 14:30.

Jobs day today. Kitchen tidied(ish) and cleaned. Lawns being mowed (currently breaking for coffee). Short walk with friends this afternoon. Hoping to bike later, but it won’t be a long one.

Hope we’re all having a great weekend. :)
