Swum and Zwift raced; both decent efforts. Run lunchtime and a club TT with possible ride there/back laters.

It's all good, as I'm heading to Weymouth for a Staycation Friday, there will be training but it'll be easier and more volume based.

Out on the bike at 6:30 this morning - flipping freezing (again!), but a great way to start the day.

100 days Pix?!!!! :-O Actually, that's OK, except for the swimming, which is out of my control, I am pretty much on track *touches wood*

I ran today , I believe somewhere north of the Artic circle (Nuneaton) My hands were sore they got so cold !!!

I've been zwifting with dinosaurs and knee/legs are happy
have located lights (need charging) to see if they fit bike with tri-bars and I think I can make it work so I may do my 3hrs outside tomorrow if we get to skive off work earlier
