Morning all, lovely stress free sleep after going to bed at 9:30 and 90 minutes ridden this am.

Yes, it is getting noticably lighter, its that odd time when it's not any use yet (still dark by the time work finishes) but still very welcome as a sign of things to come.

If February starts well I may have to change the avatar....

OSB have mailed re Outlaw Half which they have already started planning
amended swim exit and transition which could be reflected in the full as it does allow much more space

Morning all.
Just entered a virtual duathlon for Saturday, it will be laughably slow, but it should provide good benchmark and it'll be nice to try and put on a bit more of a pace than of late. I'm really looking forward to it :-)
(Also my first ever duathlon!)
