fraggle Jan 2021 1:54pm, 28 Jan 2021 2,723 posts	0 fraggle all i can say Pix, is that I bought a step/bench off amazon in lockdown 1 and its a bit small - make sure you measure the off brand one first, and I's also say a reebok one goes higher and is more stable than mine. You get what you pay for. AA - I have cruised around London listening to music and feel much better for it. Foot throbbing a bit, but hey.
TROSaracen Jan 2021 2:38pm, 28 Jan 2021 22,753 posts	0 TROSaracen I have also run. 6 miles (4@HM pace) in the rain. I was miserable but glad I did it. Weather forecast was no rain after 11am, dry when I set out so January 2021, the worst month ever, still has a few tricks left.....be careful folks!
