Zwifting is where its at Pix I have done sufferfest and I did enjoy it, but I'm liking zwift more, I like doing some short course laps so you can improve your time, and there's also some cracking hills which would give you a good confidence boost. I'm signing up for the group session that Gobi coaches on a tuesday night at 7 - can you do evenings ?

lammo Wahoo Kickr Snap Fraggle I don't tend to do evenings as it's family time and 7 is when I Facetime mum (for an hour +) and I never sleep after evening training (endorphines?)

And if you’re training for ironman distance, then family time has to take a bit of a back seat I’m afraid. And I’m sure your mum could hang on until 7.30 ?

A lazy month from me
Swim 2hrs 50mins 3.8 miles - Better than nothing Bike 16 hrs 10 mins 248 miles - was hoping for more Run 1hr 55mins 11 miles - being extra careful with niggles.
a slight increase in training time this month.

Last month Finally back in the pool 2.5m swum 172m on bike mainly turbo. Cadence improved from av 70 in April to mid 80s now Run only 26.2m
Need to do s&c and swim more. Lanes are restricted to 50 mins or 40-45 to get home in time to start work
