I may do a season review but it may feature over use of the word ‘turd’.
Looking forward to climbing into training again; it’s going to be very different and I’m excited and energised to start the 2021 build.

That sounds nice Rae. I think my week off next week has every minute spoken for already. Still if the house is to get improved and not just maintained, some effort needs to be put in.
TTT was a well balanced team and I enjoyed it. Not spectacular but a solid performance all round. Today - massage. Once I've got work over with...

I'm taking the next couple of days easy as I am doing the virtual London marathon on Sunday Bike is in the LBS Rest today and tomorrow I will be doing the shopping etc but as always I will walk/run the long way to the local shops to incorporate some training
Next week will be active recovery after the marathon
