I have done nowt but a bit of gardening today but I have a hankering for a long off road run tomorrow, and I'm in discussion about a lake swim on Thursday. I just need to dust off the bike

Evening. I have been gloriously lazy (well, we did walk the dogs around the village) today.
Feeling a bit like the onset of a cold, it's probably just general worn-down-ness after the weekend's exertions, but I'll probably isolate myself from rugby tomorrow to be on the safe side.
Probably go for a swim and do some weights (separately, can't be bothered to haul the weights to the lake) instead.

Evening. Easy 3.8 and legs feeling very good. Would be great if this was mid July in a normal season but grateful for what I've had so far.

Nice. I ran during boys cubs. Seemed a shame to waste the time seeing as I was out. Was rubbish, belly and food bouncing, breathless, hills hard. Anyway done now.
