Next door's baby was screaming for an hour at about 3am, so I turned my alarm off and missed my chance to run on what looks like a beautiful morning for it. Hope to get out after work.

SPR weather is hit and miss but I’ve had some excellent race days in Sept (like today would have been), still and hint of coolness early before warming to utter pleasantness.
Trouble is I’ve had miss and miss and miss throughout second half Aug and Sept. #2020IShityou

Gobi - Still weird to hear you killing it on Zwift.
TRO - agreed. My 2017 and 2018 5000 PBs were in mid September. Saturday to Wednesday/ Thursday last week was excellent.

Nice. I've been chasing MrsC along some skinny paths on a fat-tyred bike. Much fun!
