Bummer, TRoster, could you not have sent your wind Ankh's way? But as you say, you didn't waste a good day and you didn't lose the tour de France.

Sex pond indeed very disappointing at the end of LCW. 0/5, would not recommend.
Had to keep all my clothes on and everything.

Home now, though, and showered, so can chillax (yeah, I said chillax, fight me) and wait for Sam to hopefully bring back real beer.

AA - for those of us of a certain age, who enjoyed the most excellent and bodacious Bill and Ted films, Ive just come back from Bill and Ted 3 and it was pure joy - funny, silly, moving and heartwarming. Just what we needed *air guitar riff*

The wind has abated enough to make it an excellent afternoon at the seaside. I hope it's picked up where you are Angus.

I think TRO does well to be riding a bike at all. Anyone still having an active lifestyle at his age is inspiring.

Nice work Rae and good positivity TRO.

3000m for me today in 9:43.23. Leg felt awful this morning and only felt a little better in warm up so thought I'd start steady and see if I could wind it up later. Ran first KM in about 3:20 so a little slower than current 5000m PB pace (3:17) and ended up winding it to the point I ran faster than my PB before 2 weeks ago and on a windy day! Legs felt better after the race than before!

So finally a 3000 race I'm happy with as it was executed well and as planned. Shame there's no 5000 track races as my two 3000 this year indicate I'm in PB shape.
