EA - no training today (unless you count draining the sinuses frequently :-o ) but feeling way more human. will attempt something easy tomorrow, as I think by then I'll be able to bend forward without my head exploding :-)

My stupidity is terminal.....

Feeling very end of season-ish. 2 race weekends to go, then it’s hello Captain Tubby.

Going to lighten the load now, no need to get beasted in order to be fit the week after season ends.
