Forgot to shar last Thursday's big news. Something Big in Insurance Paul, who I'd always thought of being comparatively normal by tennis club standards, rocked up in a 19 plate Panamera.

He bought it as a 'coming out of lockdown' present to himself, he says.

That’s a LOT of money for an average looking family saloon. I’m sure it goes like greased weasel shit, but it’s not a bonny looker.

Feels like that is normal for tennis club standards.

Morning all, I seem to have old mans knee, sometimes very painful to walk, and i'm limping, other times fine. been a few weeks now and resting doesn't seem to improve it, so I won't and we'll see how we go.

Boot space is disappointing apparently Si.

Can't you buy a Mondeo with better spec and a bigger boot and have enough left over for a modest semi-detached house?

I had a Mondeo until January. I can confirm it had a massive spec and an even massiver boot. Not sure about the semi-detached house though.

Afternoon,

Managed a short run and a swim last night, only 10 x 100m in the pool, it does feel a bit easier now I've got a few sessions under my belt.

In other news my knee felt a bit niggly today so I won't partake is the Tuesday suffer fest however, if it's not to bad I may do a gentle spin around to keeps the legs from seizing up.
