tackled the epic KOM today for the first time, including the bonus climb up to the beacon, my legs are toast I am way way better at descending on zwift than in the real world lol, got my 50mpH badge sadly no donuts at the shop or cake in the house so I'll be baking later, and it will include icing

Nice epic KOM ing. That was THE climb on Zwift until the Alpe arrived, but it’s still excellent.
I believe the descent from the Radio Tower is where you can get your 100kph badge, needs a balls out sprint down.
I have swum, 55 minutes in a cold sea and notched a shower dodging 25 outside world cafe miles.
Should squeeze a run in as well, all easy efforts today.

Actually perhaps I have done epic but haven't done Alpe yet.
How cold was the sea TRO - the temp has dropped quite a bit the last few days.
Zwifted this morning, joined the BC group ride - it wasn't really a group unless you were doing at least 4w/kg (which I wasn't!), though I saw it a few times when they lapped me :-D
Yoga'd this afternoon. Wondering about starting a training plan tomorrow, as I'd like see whether I can push the power up. Sprint effort hit 600W today, with 500W for 10 secs badge
My main aims are audax endurance (i.e. time in saddle) and being better on hills (i.e. not so slow).

MsG Hard to say it was about 15deg last week, suspect a couple of deg down from that, certainly felt colder and 55 mins was probably 15 too long at that temp (for me).
As Gobi says re Tuesday group, it’s certainly helping me go from a one paced deseil to having something resembling a top end to put efforts in up hills and at the start and end of races. I have a long way to go, but am seeing progress.
