Hoping that Sunday’s lockdown restrictions lifting may bring open water swimming back.
Can’t see pools and gyms for months yet, but easy to social distance for an OW swim.

I think I might need a couple of shoehorns to get into my wetsuit
verging on too hot for me already today - have done some digging in the garden, and am now cooling down indoors. Weight session scheduled for today might be more to tomorrow as its too damn hot

46 mins up Alpe d'zwift at nearly 4.3Wkg then a sub 20 min 5km in control but hurting

I wonder if our Lido might reopen with restrictions on numbers? That would be a real treat.
I did a virtual 10k race today. When the results are published later I fully expect to 250/250. It seems I've forgotten how to run faster than a snail.
