AA - zwifted round the desert flats as a warmup before a weights session. This afternoon is mostly baking* cookies apple crumble and possibly cake if there’s time before I put the roast in.

* if I can remember how much baking powder to add to plain flour to make it SR

Blimey all coming out of the woodwork!

Gardened. Weather is meh so might pootle a route I haven't done before on the Zwift...

Fraggle - Nigella says 150g flour + half a teaspoon of baking powder and half a teaspoon of bicarb. Worked ok for scones.

Anyone know how to make a campag rear derailleur behave under load that is fine on the stand? I have watched videos on adjustment but... it's fine on the stand.
