Ace. We have a bike club Sunday Social ride on Zwift. No drop and linked by Discord for the bantz. Like the sailing, it’s not as good as the real thing, but it’s really good to keep in touch with our friends.

I’m not sure I could hold 2W/kg for more than a few minutes these days. Something to work on perhaps.

Morning, I'm not in a tri club but have been joining the Navy sessions LindsD.
No drop is great - go at own pace/session.
I know my local South Oxhey Parkrun have been doing Zoom before and after.

Morning all - Social ride with a friend on zwift plus a little more for me afterwards, all very controlled. It is Wednesday and it is easy/steady day.
Stewart - I'm not your coach so please excuse me but doing a long warm up is fine but doing efforts before a race is STUPID, sorry buddy but the route to progress is not racing hammered, these events are too daft to start after reps. By all means be a hero and do extra sets afterwards but if you want to progress give yourself a chance. (for reference I am NOT calling you stupid I am saying what you did was stupid)
The Dark Lords coaching department is as always open for advice and direction.
I may not like zwift but now I am using it and can see how if used smart you can really make progress. I can also see how it can mess people up.

Morning all,
Gobi, I am always open to others thoughts on training as I am very inexperience when it comes to training especially cycling and swimming and any advice is more than welcomed even when it's a virtual wrap on the knuckles :), what sort of effort would you recommend before a short race?
