Another play in Crit City, 3.6w/kg. Felt relatively comfy but ended isolated in no man’s land (as usual) so just sweet spotted it home.

PB for Crit of that distance.

Yes Gobi cheeky, I got up to 95Km/hr on descent - I'll get the 100 next time hopefully! - I hadn't seen that route looks good.

I ran with the boys this PM up and down the street as they were exercising on scooters and bikes and then decided to do 4 miles alone. Only an hour after dinner too!

Ah that's interesting RE: Wickes - I gave up on day 3 but I remember I had some choice words in my mind about his hand.
