Gobi - Very nice Crit I cruised in 12 min later.

The Ds was like a time trial although I either got booted or trainer unsynced. I notice that I have no power on Zwift Power so may be why I'm not properly on the results.

HRM low battery too.

RE: Wicks a couple of pages back it was mentioned that his hand (which he broke on his bike on first week of lockdown?!) got infected or something.

Morning all

Which comment Gerp?

Totri - it was brutal from the get go

TRO - 4.4 Wkg for 30 mins probably about the same for 20 mins. Zwiftpower hasnt corrected my numbers yet and according to WKO it was quite a flat effort across the race avg power splits come back from the right so to speak so I got stronger.(ie biggest 5 mins was last 5 mins)

Well stone the crows, I pop in to collect my socially distanced washing and the world really has turned upside down.

I joined zwift, raced and TT’d, got bored with fantasy so joined Rouvy AR and Rouvy workouts. I can race/TT local courses (all the famous climbs too) and buddies. Seen all time biggest power numbers and lightest in 10 years. Still working and close to it all, and churning out some good hours too.

So yep, the world is an odd place indeed.

I’ll be off again, but an interesting catch up and nice to see some extra hand washing stations around the lobby.

Could do with a lick of paint though.

Afternoon all, some impressive crit racing going on nothing so energetic from me just a 4 mile run in the real world although I may have a virtual spin around one of the Zwift worlds.

A question with regard to heart rates for cycling and running for zones do you use different values I got 182 recently all out on Libby Hill on the bike and have recorded 190 running during a race a couple of years ago.

Stewart - most people are about 10 beats out, I have been riding long enough now that I think I see higher cycling :¬0 Use 182 on the bike and monitor it.

I ran 5 miles at lunchtime and have signed up for a hill climb this evening.

Lots of training!

I went out for a 5.5mile jog. Which is back to back doubles.
