Nice blog PoD. It looks like club tennis may come back sooner than many things. I’m not sure whether I’ll be back with it though. I have missed it somewhere between very little and not at all. |

Nice PoD - Just the KOM isn't too bad but when it's in a figure of 8 or something it's tough (for me). I ticked off a whole lotta lava this AM with dismounts to sort out homeschooling issues! I did a rushed blog. Really thinking of cancelling the Barkley Fall Classic (Mid-Sep in Tennessee) but hoping that they may make a call before the refund date at the end of the month. I have a replacement(s) in mind and have enough time to train. Ideally i'd like to recce a bit too. totriornottotri.wordpress.com |

ToTri - the only way a climb on Zwift will hurt me is if I go maximal or if I ride for more than 3 hours as I rarely do :¬)

Good blog Gobi, I have no doubt you'll give those targets a good go, I have only done the Alp once and if memory serves it was a bit of a grind. ToTri another good blog your training is coming along and I'm sure the weight will drop with all the work your putting in. Planning an easy hour or so on the bike I'll just have to keep focus and keep the graph grey and blue. |
