Did my first Zwift workout - ERG mode is weird - ended up chasing the trainer oddly, perhaps not realising it would change. I did the Aerobic 12s from L'etape du Tour training plan. 3 sets of 3x (30sec at ~95% FTP then 3:30 at ~80% FTP). Was meant to be an easy session. Was fine.

I struggle with working out whats an easy or hard session on the turbo.
What looks easy on paper turns out to be anything but once you get going!
Maybe time to remind you all of turbo darts. Throw 3 darts. The first number you hit is the seconds effort you do, the 2nd is the seconds rest and the third is the number of reps.
