Not much tbh Gobi, a 25 mile bike ride once a week, and maybe a run 3-5 miles, and some dog walks.

i'd like to be jogging more but, you know...

I didn't mean it was an easy ride rather an easy session/interval.

So i've guessed the % without a calculator I Think FTP is around 210 but not higher than 220. The higher pace was 205W and 170 was lower.

Workout – Aerobic 12s– 63 minutes (TSS 55)

The description is: Aerobic endurance workouts improve efficiency at lower intensity levels. We’ll expand your aerobic capacity during this session.

4 or 5 on RPE - I wasn't gurning, HR low. It said I should be able to sing/chat comfortably during the 170W efforts which are like spinning through the valleys of Etape du Tour (lol).

Yeah. I suppose the thing with the turbo is it's hard to just spin (or I think it is) because it's so mind numbing.

I only ever do intervals on it because I need to break up the monotony. But I really really hate the turbo!

I assumed he meant easy as in "not difficult to organise" as opposed to easy = no effort.

I’m rarely correct.

Cold well be that Angus

I have tired legs from this mornings race. Ran 5 miles and it was a tired effort for sure but I am happy with the continual load

I meant for a session/interval it wasn't a hard workout. I felt comfortable at 170W for a couple of minutes. I did 7hrs Fri to Sun at around ave 160W so a 3:30 interval of 170W with 30 secs of 205W was fine.

Not sure if I've unlocked activities but fetcheveryone.com/t-17318826 ave HR 118. I'm new to cycle training but that seems low. Peaked at 133 towards end of each set. Ave 125 for 3hr 25min on Sunday.https://www.fetcheveryone.com/t-17312898

I definitely agree it wouldn't have been in calendar as Easy 60 min spin!

Therefore it is a session to develop the engine ergo not easy but steady at best. Power numbers are personal but it is the % effort that defines Easy/Steady etc.

Power is absolute so although you HR is low the impact on the legs is build
