Hi everyone! It's been a while and Im sure I'll catch up with the 452 new messages.

Ive had "it" and I can honestly say I have never been so ill in my life. Started after a run a couple of weeks ago, felt rough, hot sweaty etc. Was like a bad cold for a week, isolated at home and worked from home before we were told too... then the following week, felt like I'd been run over by multiple buses constantly, sweats, shivers couldn't get out of bed at all and many other symptoms... I finally got out of bed properly about 2 days ago on day 17.

I cannot recommend it as an illness, Ive ever been so ill in my life and went through some very dark times.. Stay safe people, it aint nice when it hits.

Yeugh Recoil, that sounds 'orrible. 17 days :-O V glad you're through it. Amazing how differently it affects different people.

Glad you are out the other side Recoil. Sounds horrendous.

I did a step DVD last night and have been for a short run this morning. Will play with some weights later.
