Inspired by my garden parkrun at the weekend, OH got his cyclo-cross bike out today and did a series of circuits around the garden. The apple tree chicanes were a good challenge

I looked into it when I first started coaching, but they’re eye-wateringly expensive. It’s no wonder the SwimSmooth coaches charge so much for a session!

Short Zwatt- TT race. I was shit. Work to do on the legs and ability to suffer. I don’t do Zwift races as a rule but need something to make me dig a bit deeper in these unusual times.
Another kick up the bournville boulevard after yesterday’s weigh in. Positives from both: low benchmarks are set, and the only way is up (baby).
