I've done some running and some yoga and am planning some rugby watching also. And possibly climbing. And some light ironing.

Lion, watching of yesterday's Wales game, now struggling to get off the sofa to go run...
General house cleaning and the England game to follow this afternoon, and a nice long dog walk if we can.
Lazy Sunday FTW.

Thorpe HM completed. Waved at GR's house and TRO's Mum.
Reasonably happy with a sub 1:40 off the back of lowest monthly Jan running total in years. This Trafleteing stuff takes some balancing doesn't it?
Now for some rugby

Think I might ‘forget’ next year as well, one of the hilliest HM’s I’ve done, lots of punchy little ramps....

Well done TRO, hills are your friend if it's was a training run.
A 3.1 mile easy run before a 1,121yard swim.

Well done TRO - someone mention Watford was hilly before , was it you ?
Oh dear England
The joy and sadness of coaching.
I was in CHICHESTER for the 10km and pacing 36.40. Sadly my athlete who is in fine form has been a bit flu hit this week and come 5k. We knew to back off as she just wasnt 100%. Sad but it happens, on the grand scheme of things it was just a 10km so not important as we know it is not an indicator of her current shape.
The other side was arranging to meet one of my newer athletes who was hoping to go 50.00 and ran officially 50.01. 2 min pb and a bike ride afterwards.
Mixed blessings of coaching.
As a runner I felt good at 5km before we backed off so boads well for my own ambitions.
