What you need now is a Great British Breakfast. Get Breakfast done, that’s what I say.

Morning all (well, it's half past 12 here now, but it's morning for you lot).
I'm almost awake. I got roped into doing shots at midnight by the other Brits in the club to drown our sorrows. I got to bed around 2 but didn't get any sleep until well after 5.
Warm up for our game starts at 1:45, kick off at 3.
Wales v Italy kicks off at 3:15, so I'll be recording it and avoiding the interwebs until I can get home to watch it.
Enjoy whatever your day holds, folks.

Afternoon all.
I need to shake myself out of my current sloth impersonation.

I went to parkrun and as the RD put it, we ran 3.10686 miles. Then I dawdled a further 4 miles. That completes my running for this week.
