Longest run yet since ankle reconstruction for me today. Not long enough, really, to have a shot at a new half PB in Wrexham, but certainly better than nothing.
Going a bit crazy with the weighted squats on Friday won't have helped, of course. We live and (eventually) learn.

Suffolk XC Champs. 45:08, bit over 7 min miles. Worked hard, made up the numbers in mid pack but there for the workout so all good.
