Yes, had to stop and get a new wheel due to puncture late on the bike as well.

Shame about Scotland in the rugby. I’m almost dancing with grief.

well done LindsD.
I've done some swimming today, I was feeling a little guilty that I had done none since Monday.
I might get the bike out for some virtual cycling later.

I've driven to deepest darkest Yorkshire to watch mini Nico lose 62 - 5 at rugny. In torrential rain. She scored the try, so I'm £20 down as well. Still, good news about the Sweaties 😉

Good work Linds and Stew (if you did the cycling, that is. Acceptable work if it was 'just' swimming :P), and excellent work to mini Nico.
To take a drubbing in nasty conditions but still manage to get over the line is testament to great determination. A thoroughly earned £20, no doubt about it.
