I ran 19.5 miles - depressingly at less than half the pace that Kipchoge runs a marathon - clearly it is the absence of pacemakers that's the problem.

Afternoon all. Been for a joyful little jog in the drizzle, spoiled only by going past what appeared to be a pasting being handed to the mighty Blue Boys of Chelmsford RFC by a bunch of tractor-wielding inbred types from Woodbridge.
